Accomplishments

Thanks to the efficient management of our budget, the current Board maintained low dues despite rising costs and inflation. They eliminated all self-dealing practices of prior boards, leading to 3 consecutive years of clean audits, demonstrating their commitment to transparency.

To support a safer environment, additional speed bumps were installed, street slurry maintenance was performed, and entry systems  updated to restrict access to residents only.

With the help of dedicated volunteers and committee members, we continue to host annual events fostering engagement, connection, and a strong sense of community.

The main gate entrances and monuments were repainted and refreshed, and landscaping enhanced with redesigned gate areas, flowering plants along walkways, and a cohesive plant palette, elevating the visual appeal of our community.

For the enjoyment and benefit of residents, the pool and playground were resurfaced, and pool furniture and umbrellas refurbished.

With monthly newsletters, owners are kept informed of updates and events. The current Board also conducted the inaugural community survey, receiving 148 responses, to further identify areas where they can support the community.
